We believe that childcare should provide a warm, caring, safe, and beautiful environment to all children at a cost that parents can work into their family budget. We want to make sure that your child is able to recieve the best education at a rate that you can afford. Remember, tuition assistance is available through Ohio Dept. of Family Services and the ELI program for pre-schoolers.

Early Learning Initiative Tuition Assistance Schedule

We encourage our families to pay their tuition on Fridays opposed to Mondays. Therefore, there is a price decrease for paying on Fridays. See chart below for details.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee is $25.00 per child. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and charged annually.

ABSENCES

Regular tuition is to be paid for the week even if the child is not in attendance for part of the week. A child is to be enrolled on either a part time or full time status. Payment is based upon enrollment status.

LATE CHARGES

Children's Academy closes at 6:00 P.M. sharp. For parents arriving later than

6:00 P.M., please expect to pay a late fee. This fee is $5.00 within each 5 minute period PER child, up to 2 children.

If tuition is not paid on time (6:00 P.M., Friday), there is a late charge if paid on Monday. Attendance is not permitted Tuesday if tuition has not been received for the week.

RETURNED CHECKS

A service charge fee of $25.00 will be charged to the client for a returned check. If more than one check does not clear per client, expect to start paying by cash, money order, or certified check.

DEBT COLLECTION

We reserve the right to collect debt if need be. Our debt recovery service provider is RBC in Mansfield, Ohio. They also take care of our bad checks and reserve the right to prosecute if checks are not sufficient. We reserve the right to charge a 2% fee for all unpaid balances. This fee is per month until the balance is paid in full.
